In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• You are not suffering from a diagnosed gambling disorder and have not been subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.

ezy88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each Member may hold exactly one (1) registered Account on ezy88. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether by the same individual or in concert with others — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. ezy88 relies on this information for KYC verification, payment processing, and account communications.

ezy88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to contain false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information, and to forfeit any balance within such an Account where fraud or misrepresentation is confirmed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ezy88 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. ezy88 staff will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

You agree to notify ezy88 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. ezy88 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

ezy88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire Platform and applies standard security protocols to protect Account data. However, the security of your login credentials remains your personal responsibility.

All deposits to your ezy88 Account must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not accepted and will be returned where identified.

ezy88 supports the following deposit methods for Indonesian players:

Deposits are credited to your Balance in Indonesian Rupiah with no platform-level conversion fees. ezy88 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is found to be associated with fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or payment method misuse. In such cases, any winnings derived from the reversed deposit may also be voided.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified ezy88 Account details. ezy88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or unverified instruments.

ezy88 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for approved requests during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended in the following circumstances:

• The Member's KYC verification has not been completed.
• The withdrawal request triggers an internal compliance or fraud review.
• The nominated bank or e-wallet is experiencing a service interruption.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds single-transaction limits set by the receiving institution.
• The withdrawal is subject to active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been satisfied.

ezy88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems high-risk. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply wrongdoing on the part of the Member.

Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, which must be read alongside this document.

The following general rules apply to all ezy88 bonuses:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they can be withdrawn as real-money Balance. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
2. Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward satisfying Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
3. Single Claim: Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
4. Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account without prior notice.
5. Abuse: ezy88 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, withhold associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where promotional abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or exploiting technical errors — is identified.

ezy88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already claimed a bonus will not be adversely affected by post-claim modifications unless fraud or misrepresentation is involved.

All bets placed on the ezy88 sportsbook and all stakes placed in ezy88 casino games are final once confirmed. It is the Member's responsibility to verify the accuracy of a bet — including the market, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. ezy88 will not accept requests to cancel or void bets after they have been placed and confirmed, except in the following circumstances:

• An obvious system error or pricing feed malfunction caused materially incorrect odds to be displayed, which ezy88 can verify via audit logs.
• The relevant event is cancelled, postponed, or declared void by the organising body, and ezy88's settlement rules for that market require void settlement.
• The bet was placed on a market that was subsequently suspended due to irregular betting patterns or integrity concerns flagged by the relevant sports body.

For casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live dealer actions captured on video feed. ezy88 does not intervene in game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the respective game studio and are available on request.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balance:

• Opening or operating more than one ezy88 Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or promotional loopholes to generate illegitimate profit.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Colluding with other players — including soft-playing in poker variants or coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes in live dealer games.
• Any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or use of the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ezy88 support staff or other players.

ezy88 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Where criminal activity is suspected, ezy88 will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and may freeze the relevant Account indefinitely pending investigation.

ezy88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties. ezy88 provides the following self-management tools to every registered Member at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen prompt after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying time elapsed and net balance change during a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a fixed period (24 hours to 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block re-registration for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Breach of this clause entitles ezy88 to seek injunctive relief and damages without further notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ezy88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions that affect your ability to place bets or access your Account.
• Losses sustained as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where ezy88 has not breached its security obligations.
• Any inaccuracies in third-party data feeds (e.g., live score providers, odds aggregators) that are outside ezy88's direct control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform, including game guides, odds comparisons, or promotional content, which is provided for informational purposes only.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ezy88's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to ezy88 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ezy88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ezy88 will notify active Members by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the contact method registered on the Member's Account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations under the jurisdiction in which ezy88 holds its operating licence. ezy88 operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions from which the Platform may be accessed.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and ezy88, the following resolution process applies:

1. First Contact: The Member must submit a written complaint to the ezy88 support team at the contact address in Clause 16. ezy88 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
2. Escalation: If the Member is not satisfied with the initial response, the matter may be escalated to ezy88's compliance team. The escalated review will be completed within ten (10) business days.
3. Final Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following escalation, ezy88 may refer the matter to an independent third-party adjudicator at its discretion. The adjudicator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits ezy88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court for breaches of Clauses 10 or 12.
